Dietary restrictions: False cheese taste on all pizza's and very little of it will not order again

Ordered 2 pizzas and cookies 2 weeks ago. When they arrived we had no cookies, but doughballs instead. Called the store who seemes genuinely apologetic, and they said that if I call them to order next time, they will give me a feee large pizza and side as an apology. I aksed of there would be any text or email confirmation of this, and the girl on the phone assured me that all i had to do was call and ai'd get the free items as compensation.
Called them this evening, expecting a free pizza and side, but was told there was nothing on the system so thete was nothing they could or would do. It was the same girl on the phone as 2 weeks ago, and she was extremely unhelpful and rude.
This shop seems to be run by teenagers who care more about having a laugh with mates than doing their jobs.

Only ever ordered during the day. Reasonable turn around times. Been a little on the greasy side a couple of times but nothing I've ever felt I needed to take back. As dominoes goes I have no issues.

Paid for food on the app that I never received despite me calling the shop when I could finally get through and them saying they would get it out as soon as they could 3 HOURS after I?d ordered! Then unsurprisingly it never arrived. I also contacted support and haven?t received a response so I can get a refund for the food I never got ?

waited well over an hour for just a pizza - then they cancelled it come midnight!!! by that point nothing is open, and they still took the money!

Ordered a pizza from here tonight and it came with a long brown/black hair inside it and I only noticed it when it was getting caught in my teeth I will never order from any DOMINO'S

Honestly for the price, you would expect it to atleast half decent.
i dont know why i bother ordering from here, it always ends up in dissapointment. Local kebab house does a better pizza hands down no competition

Domino's has always been a favorite but this one and some in the local area have put the prices up, like it wasn't already expensive enough! 7.99 for 7 chicken strips? Over a £1 per tiny measley strip, im sorry but thats a joke. I recently went on holiday to the coast and the Prices haven't changed, so whats different here? Anyway we ended up ordering from a local takeaway instead, and the pizza was great, and they do fresh homemade chicken strips!! that are 3X the size and and dont cost you a weeks wage.

So embarrassed,
It's hard enough having to have gluten free food and even harder ordering whilst out.
Finding places like Domino's that do offer GF is a godsend.
However when I went to order tonight I was told I wasn't allowed to do it in store...
Some ridiculous excuse of they aren't allowed to tell me if it's gluten free....
It's on the menu as gluten free...
The menu that was right in front of me in the store...
The store was packed and I already felt awkward ordering but to be made to feel like I was asking too much and for 3 staff members to gang up on me too!
People with intolerances and allergies should not be refused service if there are items on the menu suitable for us!!
Wasted journey and resulted in my diabetic partner having to wait even longer for food
