Ordered 2 pizzas and cookies 2 weeks ago. When they arrived we had no cookies, but doughballs instead. Called the store who seemes genuinely apologetic, and they said that if I call them to order next time, they will give me a feee large pizza and side as an apology. I aksed of there would be any text or email confirmation...

Only ever ordered during the day. Reasonable turn around times. Been a little on the greasy side a couple of times but nothing I've ever felt I needed to take back. As dominoes goes I have no issues.
