Visit here almost every day. Always greeted with a smile and often my order already keyed in. Staff here are fantastic. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable and always service with a smile no matter how busy.

I went here on my way to work the morning of 7/12/24. I was getting multiple drinks for my colleagues. There were 2 staff on shift and 1 especially went above and beyond to help me with my drinks as I was worried about getting so many and dropping or spilling the them. I didn?t manage to catch their name but I hope they can identify who it was from the shift pattern and get some recognition. From securing my drinks and labelling each one to opening the door for me definitely 5 star customer service

You need to do 2 things
1) change the location it shows on google maps as it is out by about half a mile
2) From reading the large number of complaints about people getting a parking fine you need to rethink your parking policy
I won;t be using this costa until both are done as it is a lazy way to run a business

Can't even get it's location right walking around like a wild goose maybe update your Google map to get you to the store not middle of road half a mile down road

Absolutely discussed. I ordered a prawn sandwich & a blueberry muffin. I actually got a sausage roll & a chocolate muffin. Never again.

I will never go again,60 pound fine. Taking my sister in law for a coffee to get her out of the house after losing her mum. After paying for coffee?s and cake, then get a fine through your door. You are disgusting and we will never buy from you again.Parking: It?s disgusting, parked up and went in. Came out to a 60 pound fine. Will never come again

I met my daughter's in Costa, we had several drink and food, spent a reasonable amount of money over a few drinks and snacks, to be handed a fine by UKCPS of £60 for spending roughly the same amount on food and drink because we stayed 2.5hrs eating and drinking. Absolutely shocking to be handed a charge for buying the products Costa sells at Manvers, please everyone be aware if you spend a long time and buy several products you will be penalised for being a customer... absolutely disgusting... proving if you spend more and eat more you are penalised. I cannot understand this predatory mentality, it is a disgrace!! BE AWARE... DO NOT SPEND MONEY OR TIME, YOU WILL BE PENALISED!!!

Met my daughter's in Costa, had several drinks and ate lunch to be handed a fine for staying over 90 minutes because we drank several drinks and ate food... absolute disgrace. This is predatory behaviour and disgusting, penalising customers who stay and spend more. BEWARE, IF YOU STAY LONGER AMD SPEND MORE THEY WILL PENALISE YOU!!! DISGRACEFUL!!
