I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with B&Q. After returning an order on May 17th for a refund, the store agent mistakenly charged my card again. Although they processed a refund for the incorrect charge, I've yet to receive the original refund.
When I spoke to the Cortonwood store manager on May 31st, he assured me he'd escalate the issue and follow up within a couple of days. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back.
The final straw was my interaction with agent Sinovuyo via chat. He was rude, refused to investigate the missing refund, and even declined to raise a formal complaint despite my request. I have proof that they acknowledged refusing to raise a complaint.
The lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. I hope this review prompts a reevaluation of your processes and treatment of customers.

Lack of staff and help in this place nobody wants to help it?s like it?s too much for them, we walked up and down the store looking for staff in the end went to the check out to see if there was anyone who could help us the lady asked in her earpiece for someone to come help the man came eventually came full of sarcastic comments making you feel bad for asking for help

I Returned a faulty item, no receipt but could be traced through the bank statement. Member of staff on returns called polly was very rude. And unprofessional. Telling me I had to stand to the side and think about what else I bought otherwise I wasn?t getting a credit note?The manager was called at my request. The manager was so nice and professional and sorted the issue out straight away with no further questions. Great Manager. Polly was having a bad day or she needs coaching in good customer service.

My husband just visited the store to buy wood for a project he is doing. To cut a long story short, the guy who works in the cutting booth proceeded to tell my husband he is 67 years old and has cancer, and basically had a massive rant on my hubby! Although the poor man is clearly suffering, made my husband feel terrible for asking for something that is advertised on their website! Then the man who served him at the checkout was very rude and sarcastic. I'm disgusted and won't we using them any longer. Sort your staff out!
