Lovely staff member served me on the till today, blonde young man, Reece. So kind and nothing was too much trouble for him. Was well informed on when produce would finish baking and be ready to serve. Was lovely to experience the 'service with a smile'. Absolute credit to your store.

Best to go first thing in the morning, as soon as peaks opens. No joke it gets rammed within an hour and the best snap is gone if you wait too long. Expect a quéue if you go later. Service is quick and staff are polite and to the point.

Called in greggs for morning snack/breakfast. Husbands sandwich ok but sausage roll cold (not even slightly warm!)and didn't taste good. Asked staff to heat it up but they said they are not allowed to so it went in the bin. I was going to purchase some other items but decided to buy elsewhere.

1 star ordered at 10.40 delivered at 11.40 cold as ice delivery driver spent 20 minutes at another shop waiting on food and we was first stop but its down to Greg's they should stop delivering if this is going to happen all time

Most mornings I get a cappuccino from Crystal peaks and 9 out of 10 times it has zero coffee init it?s just hot milk, it?s so disappointing I wish you would make sure your hoppers are full before serving drinks

I'm not the sort of person that usually leaves reviews of places, but I'm sick to death of being made to feel like an inconvenience to the staff for simply existing and trying to buy food. Customer service is a thing that doesn't exist for a couple of the ladies that work there (in particular the lady with the braids). I've heard them having arguments with customers because they mentioned their terrible service. I would like to go there more often as most of the younger staff are lovely, but I avoid the place now. If you want snide comments and want to be made to feel like you shouldn't be there... then this Greggs is for you!
