Always fast and friendly service, you wouldn't do yourselves a disservice though if you were in the pub across the road, you would make so much more money, all that extra seating in and out, awesome ?

After visiting the store today I feel that this has to be shared with great importance as I spotted what is a huge Food Hygiene concern.
I watched this Uber/Just eats delivery driver come to collect and order and rested against this section of the banister for ten minutes, At times his hands and car keys being above the food preparation area and no members of staff did anything to keep him away, My Photo doesn?t show the point he was fully over the counter as he had moved back slightly whilst the women were making sandwiches.
This is disgusting and poor practices being allowed by your staff and a poor design by the kitchen fitters.
I ordered a Bacon and Sausage roll this morning but after seeing this it went into the bin!.

Why does it take so long to pass a pastry over a counter? A queue of 3 people becomes 10 very quickly when it takes 10 minutes to serve one person. It's soul destroying watching staff picking up pieces of bacon, to put them back in the tray, to pick up another, to put it back in the tray. I don't know if the spec is 2.645 rashes of bacon per sandwich so the staff have to be incredibly picky when choosing a piece or if there's an employee incentive to the staff member who can do the best impression of a sloth. Fingers crossed that this message might get through to the right person, who can organise sufficient training in the timeframe it will likely take for me to get to the end of this queue! The atmosphere got 3*'s because the amount of people sighing in the queue gradually decreased the atmosphere across the whole establishment. I've had food from Greggs before so we can keep that at a solid rating, but who know's what it's like from this one, hopefully i live long enough to give it an appropriate rating!

Food was freezing cold, I got a hot chocolate with caramel syrup in which I drink all the time from Greg's but here you couldn't even taste the caramel at all to a point I had to put sugar in yet I get theses so i don't need sugar in my drink, when complained to the female member of staff in there she wasn't at all accommodating in fact she wanted me to pay for the syrup a second time and to top it off tables were dirty.... won't use this Greg's ever again
