Travelled from Nottingham today at a suppliers suggestion, very easy to find and well worth the trip.Great show room and great selection of beds. Toby really knows his stuff and made the whole experience great for me and my elderly father. His product knowledge and advice is second to non. The lovely staffy puppy was great and made a fuss of dog.Highly recommended .

My husband has already left a review but I feel the need to do the same as I?m genuinely outraged and disgusted by the incident that happened during our visit to the showroom yesterday. My 18 month old son was knocked over and jumped on by a staff members dog. There was no warning and they made zero effort to control the dog despite the fact that it had knocked my son over, jumping by his face and my son was crying. Very unprofessional but more importantly irresponsible. There was no genuine remorse shown and my son has clearly been affected by the incident as he?s always loved animals yet today he screamed after seeing another brown dog. This incident should never have happened.

Super friendly and helpful in helping my mum find the right bed. Not pushy and gave her time to go away and think about it. And to top it off we got the pleasure of meeting their little 4 month old beautiful puppy which another user has determined was ?rowdy? ?definitely will be getting our custom again

Visited the showroom and the staff let their rowdy dog jump all over my 1.5year old son knocking him over and scaring him. Will never visit again. No warning there was a dog and the staff did nothing to intervene or get the dog off him. Disgusting behaviour.

This place is a joke.Quoted also a grand for a headboard with the explanation that it "takes a lot of work".No it doesn't, it's sticking some fabric over some wood!Don't waste your time unless you like wasting your money.

I can't thank everybody enough. My husband and I called in on Saturday looking for a new mattress (with our one year old and three year old in tow!) We were expertly fitted for a brilliant new mattress (MUCH better quality than even the most expensive mattresses we had looked at in the high street mattress and bed shops) so quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Our children had a brilliant day out, playing with toys and coming away with a teddy each (infact they have asked to come back 'to play' again), we were fitted for the perfect mattress - no easy feat given my husband's arthritis in his back - and we were even treated to a coffee too. When we went to pay, I honestly thought I had misheard; it's much better value than all these 'deals' from the highstreet. Brilliant service from a lovely family run business! Thank you for everything

Firstly thank you so much to Ross who from the onset made sure I got exactly the bed I wanted/needed he was so knowledgeable and helpful with no sales patter or pressure to buy whatsoever. This company only sells quality beds including bespoke in every sense of the word but they cater for all budgets without sacrificing on the quality making sure you get exactly what you want at a price you can afford I could not be happier with the service, delivery and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud.

After buying from big companies in the past, in the current climate, I wanted to support a family run business when buying my next bed and it did not disappoint. I went to the factory and from walking through the main door to walking round the showroom, I was looked after. The sales guys (I believe was son and son in law?) was so helpful in helping me find the right mattress and there was absolute no pressure from either of them to get the sale through. I wanted a specific mattress which needed to be made and their turnover time was weeks compared to being quoted months from other companies. Thank you so much health beds, you?ve made my dream (pun intended) come true!!
