Having worked in Senior Management in the retail sector for most of my career, the change to work in the Care sector was a massive change. What a fantastic decision I made. I have the best job there is. I can still spend some quality time with our fantastic client. Then I can do my 'day-job' leading the learning and development aspect of the business. I was once told that I "Cared too much", well now I work in a business where I can "Care" as much as I like, and boy does that feel good.My advice to anyone wanting the most rewarding career is to "come and join us", you won't regret it.
