Probably the worst experience I?ve ever had with a takeaway, which has prompted me to write this review as I very rarely do reviews. We ordered from them a while back (year ago) and were not impressed with the food (watery and tasteless like it had been reheated in a microwave) but thought we would give them another go to see if they have gotten any better over time. Ordered food at 5:37pm using their website - just as they opened . Website said to allow 60 mins for delivery, which is fine. After 2 hours and 41 mins it turned up - nearly 3 hours after we had placed the order - and it was cold. We had called them THREE times to ask where the order was and were told each time it would be with us in 15 mins. We refused the delivery (the driver basically said it wasn?t their problem) so we rang them again and were told the order would be refunded but a week later it still hasn?t been. I will take it further legally if I have to just out of principle. Ended up driving to a fast food joint to get burgers for the family. Appalling service. I feel like I?ve been robbed to be honest. I will never use them again, Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Order at 6:10. Still waiting at 8:45 rang them and still going to be another half an hour.
Disgusting service
Delivery driver came wasn?t our food got told ours was next out till waited and 1hr 30mins.

Update : Been back several times, always eat a different dish. Always tasty. Always satisfied & full. Purse never empty.
Fantastic flavours: especially a secret sauce I've never tasted, yummy. Great portion size. Lovely staff, if they don't know they ask a senior staff member, can't fault that. They will even prepare a dish off the menu of you book a day in advance (I like okra).
Saturday night, busy and loud (that's customers who shout not talk ?)
I'll be back regularly for the superb food. Highly recommend this CASH ONLY restaurant. Thank you ?

This place was recomended to us and no joke it has been the best take out Indian food we have ever had would give it 10 stars if I could, really friendly staff ,exceptional food and great service what more could you want.

First time dining in at the restaurant as we normally go collect and eat at home but managed to book in last minute for a table of 2 on Saturday, we had poppadoms, pickles tray, chicken tikka starter, spring rolls starter, chicken tikka masala main, chicken korma main, with chips and garlic naan bread, the food was delicious and we will definitely be visiting again to eat in at the restaurant, only downside is they don?t accept card but with a ATM just round the corner it?s not a big deal and for the effort it takes to get the cash out it?s definitely worth the visit for the amazing food

Ordered 3 chicken tikka curries only received one. By the time the other curries came all the rest of the food was stone cold! Hats off to the delivery driver as I felt for him. He couldn?t of been more apologetic. ( not the delivery drivers fault )
