I went in two Sundays running. 1st I heard a male cashier asking if an elderly customer wanted her change. 2nd Sunday the same lad asked me to move so he could clean shelves at the time I wanted to buy something from said shelves. I wasn't impressed that cleaning shelves came before I was able to choose something to purchase also no thank you, hello or goodbye from either staff either days. Very disappointed

Shame that a good local shop like this allows staff (the young lady) to pinch money from clients.It's already 3rd time in a row when she overcharged me. Usually it's on offer 3 for 5£ or on item which are reduced. I thought that is just a mistake but as a coincidence it's same lady 3 times in a row

Have never had a problem with any one of the many stores up until today. After asking for my usual brand of menthol cigs & being told they don?t have them, I am then charged a extra £1 for the next best brand. This wouldn?t be a problem except for when I get home & open the packet they aren?t even menthol!! Obviously I go back to the shop & explain (even though proof is clear to see & hear on the cameras) to be told I will have to wait & speak to the manager who isn?t back in

When I point out that not only is it their mistake but I also don?t have the money to buy yet another packet (of what I actually asked for) I am told... ?I am telling you that you will have to come back because me as a manager will not take back a opened packet because I can?t resell them?... So how many managers are there exactly?! As someone that has worked in retail most of their wiring life I have only ever had one manager to report to. I must say what a great bit of customer service to be displayed in front both staff & customers, clearly need some training on that front!! Safe to say I will be spending my money elsewhere in the future...
