My dad went in to the Doncaster branch on Monday, he is frail and a little confused. The lady who served him went over and above to make sure he got sorted. She had so much patience and really looked after him. Even walking him to my car when he had finished. Fantastic service I can?t praise her enough.

Got through in 2 minutes, gave my name and bank details. Then found myself on hold for 8 or 10 minutes, gave up in the end as its a premium number and was costing a fortune...

I was with with NatWest for over 40 yearsThey started closing branches and letting standards slip , so I used the main branch in DoncasterThe CEO of NatWest needs to realise that Customer?s are the most important people in any business not the shareholder?sI asked about £50 notes in branch and was told ?We don?t issue them as there is no demand?? I am a customer and I have a demand?Not interested , not even a sorryI walked across the road to TSBThey bent over backwards , gave me a cup of tea , opened me an account , sorted everything out for meNatWest you are in denial your customers are leaving you because you stopped caring
