Arrived in panic as I had water coming from somewhere in my hull. Was met by Becky who opened the swing bridge for me directing me to where Pete was located. As quick as a flash the cranes cradle was around my boat and being lifted out to safety. This wasnt booked but a bit of an emergency. A weak weld was one of the culprits found by Pete who rectified it after letting the boat dry out overnight.
Also whilst out the boat was blacked along with 8 new anodes. I really was lucky to have landed with such great guys. I will definitely be using Nationwide narrowboat sales in the future. I would very highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have work carried out. Thanks guys. Scott

If you want a first class boat service the go no further. What Pete doesn?t know about the industry isn?t worth knowing. From buying to selling, engines to paint, propellers to ropes. If he doesn?t supply it then he always (and I mean always) knows a man who can! Put quite simply he knows boats! Becky, Kate, Stuart and of course Pete work tirelessly to make sure customers receive a first class service. I?ve never seen a woman graft like Becky. Hats off to you all and thank you so very much for taking care of Glenn and me for the last 3 years, leaving had been like cutting the umbilical cord ?? love to you all xx

Just sold our narrowboat with Nationwide Boat Sales of Thorne and the service we received was first class from start to finish. The staff were not only friendly but very knowledgeable and competent too. We had an offer within 6 days!! Their brokerage fees are the best in the area, would certainly recommend them if your looking to sell your boat in the North of England.
