I went in to buy a part on Monday 21st August. They said they didn?t have one but would order it. They took a photo of the part ( and measurements after I suggested it might be a good idea to ). They also took my phone number and said they would call later that day with the price and estimated delivery dateI never got the promised phone call so on Tuesday 29th August ( over a week later )I went in again to ask what was happening. They told me it had been ordered but still didn?t know the price. They thought it might be in on Thursday 31st August but weren?t sure so said they would wait till after their busy spell ( I was the only customer in the shop at the time and there were 4 staff members chatting away behind the counter so if that us busy I wouldn?t like to see what they class as quiet) and then call the supplier and then call me back, they said it would be in about an hour. Once again I never got the phone call and have heard absolutely nothing from them at allTo sum up after over 2 weeks, 2 visits in person to the shop and 2 promises of phone calls that I never received I still don?t have any clue as to the cost or delivery date of the part.
