Today 27/10/22 ordered script from Dr's 20/10/22. Chemist received 24/10/22. I cannot have my medication till 31/10/22. One whole week after chemist received script, 11 days after ordering, 4 day's without meds that the Dr thinks I need..Not good enough not fit for purpose......

Disparaging views on here don't tell the whole story. The pharmacy is under staffed and struggling to cope with the huge demand placed on them by an ageing population but through all this they remain calm and very helpful.

Waited in line over an hour the other day as did everyone else Queueing. Thought it was worth leaving a review to mention 2 things:1)They are closed every day between 12:30pm and 2:30pm, I didn't see this as it showed them open on google and so went down there during the time they were shut2)You will be waiting a long time even if you have urgent issue to deal with so check how long the Q is before joining it, 7 person Q was taking over 60 mins to be seen the other day

Unfriendly staff was stood waiting at the counter 5 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there, had to go back 3 time's before getting the full prescription, going to change pharmacy.

Moved away from these after repeated prescription issues and using a different excuse each time I collected. Being looked down your nose at when you ask them to rectify too, also doesn't help and is stressful.Saying they've not received prescriptions, when what they mean is they've not downloaded it and sending you round in circles, isn't good customer care.This was the best pharmacy in the area until mid 2021 and then it went down hill for some reason.

Waited 20 minutes for them to find my prescription then refused me to have it because I paid online and wanted me to pay upfront again for it then apply online for a refund. It?s a joke how much you have to pay for a prescription in general so I?m not paying £40 and then wasting time trying to apply for a refund it shouldn?t let you pay online and collect from a certain branch if you cannot do it. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going there again.

If I could half a star i would..ever since it was taken over the pharmacy is run by complete numpties !! Who don't know what they are doing...Every occasion I have to collect a prescription there's a delay/ it hasn't arrived/ only came in hour ago can I come back later/ we don't have what the digital prescription that was sent 3 days ago !!!The place is a joke

I used a pharmacy close by for years but started getting fed up with them saying the hadn't got my prescription, it was sent down from my doctors surgery.So often I had to go back to the doctor and had to have it re issued. More often than not the prescription had been sent. I just found their general attitude not good and the waiting time ridiculous 25 minutes once.Now collect my items from Wells- friendly and the waiting time is about what you would expect but usually it's ready and waiting for me.Well done Wells.
