I visited the store and dealt with a young ex-serviceman. I believe his name was Luke. He repaired my watch and was polite, professional and courteous. An real asset to the Timpson team.

Having a shoe from two different pairs, whereby they had opened at the side, I was assured he would repair them the best he could. On collection, the results were exceptional. At least they will have a few more years wear. Much appreciated.

I went in and asked can you resole my boots and he said NO without looking at them so I left the shop as it was not fit for purpose.
