Rude staff today! Travelled 30mins to buy some New Balance 327. Found the shoes & wanted to try on. No staff upstairs.. went downstairs no staff again. All this was fine.. but when i went to cash out the woman was so rude.. i said ?sorry would it be possible to try some shoes on downstairs? I can?t find anyone?.. they response ?well everyone is downstairs serving so?? i had to just turn around and walk out.. i didn?t even mind waiting but i?m not waiting around for someone to be rude.. definitely put off sports direct now with the disregard for customer service & prefer to just be rude for no reason. Need to find the shoes another day from a different company!

Have wide range of footwear at competitive prices but seem to be short on staff and had to wait ages to be served.The sole assistant found it hard to smile and needed a course in customer relations.

Absolutely disgusting!! Do NOT KNOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS! I went to sports direct at fox valley today! The customer service is dreadful!! I went to buy an hat asked an older woman who works there if they had any they said ?we have some more that front but I don?t think you can afford them!! A £20 hat apparently I couldn?t afford! Didn?t even buy anything because I was that appalled with their behaviour!! Would give 0 stars, definitely never going back
