Great place, been going for over 4 months and feel much better and a lot fitter that I was. This is not like other gyms as your always either part of a class or one to one and exercises are tailored to each person.

Small Group Training sessions. Really dedicated team of professionals as personal trainers. Not too pricey.I would definitely recommend if you're serious about achieving your goals.

Programmes are tailored to individual needs and abilities. The team always take time to encourage and motivate me and always accommodate injuries. The team quickly moved the programme on-line during all 3 lockdowns - meaning I have never had a break from training which has meant some needed structure and stability during a difficult year.
When the gym was allowed to open, hygiene and cleaning was absolutely top priority, ensuring all members were kept safe.
Well done to Simon and his brilliant team -

Pro Fitness is not just a gym. It's like no other place you've been. I've tried them all, £15 key pad faceless gyms and everything else. Pro Gym is quality. Excellent training, nutrition advice, support, accountability, personalised goals and more. All this is standard. Top standard. In Covid & lockdown they have been amazing. Online classes, outdoor (within guidance), equipment loans, fun stuff on a Saturday night (if you want it), motivation and inspiration. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. I joined just before lockdown and I'm ON track to my goals. There are no excuses, join the family, because that is genuinely the vibe. ?

Brilliant place to train. The small group training works really, really well and something I had never tried before. Simon and his team have unbelievable knowledge and you will certainly teach you how to train properly and safely. Plus, all the nutritional support you need.I joined after a telephone conversation with Simon. I felt my gym couldn't provide sufficient support to rehabilitate a long-standing football injury. Due to the small group philosophy, Simon could spend the time adjusting the way I exercised and now, my injury is 100% fixed.Whether you are new to training or experienced. The environment provides support, fun and most importantly a non-judgemental attitude to exercise.Very easy to give award 5 stars.

Brilliant gym with friendly, knowledgeable trainers. I've never managed to stick to a routine before but Pro-fitness genuinely is different,; I'm training regularly,, getting advice and support on my diet and am feeling loads better and starting to see results! The small group PT sessions really work for me as they are fun, varied and interesting and we always have a laugh. I could never go back to a boring gym! Highly recommended!
