When you call ALWAYS on hold at least 15/20 minutes. The staff they have in their call centre are the stupidest and rudest they could find, have no actual knowledge, every call I've made I've been told wrong or misleading information. They are rude and but in on you mid sentence, I ask them to let me finish but they don't so I but in on them and they give you a warning then hang up. They treat you like poo but hang up when you don't tolerate it and when your on hold so long it's disgracful . The complaints team are much nicer and knowledgeable but I don't wanna have to speak to them at all as I'd rather have a good service in the first instance. and don't get me wrong I'm sure some of the call centre staff are great at their job but unfortunately most are numptys with as much knowledge and customer service to fit on a pinhead !!
