You have normal Friday morning times on door and on web page but not opening at these times because of bank holiday, but no clear time to what you are opening on bank holidays. Loads of people turning up and not been able to shop, no good enough, need to make it clear to when you are open and stop wasting pealed time

Had absolutely brilliant service from a young man on Till 5 about 1.30pm, Sunday 22nd Sept. He carefully wrapped all 8 of the lovely glasses I bought (which were excellent value) and they all arrived home in perfect condition. Got everything I needed at very fair prices!
