The delivery arrival in relation to the actual arrival was massively different. I know Domino's have an order to delivery target, it looks like the store has falsified the numbers by chalking of the delivery time earlier than it arrives. Disappointing food and very disappointing delivery times. Nice driver attitude though on apologising through being late. I WILL ADD THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.

Made an order for delivery on the app. App said delivery in 25 to 35 minutes. 40 minuted later it was apparently out for delivery. 20 mins later the app showed it had been delivered. It had not! Gave it 10 mins then called them. Delivery driver has just left they said, took them over 10 minutes to do a 4 minute trip. Pizzas, wedges, garlic bread and cookies were all cold.

Terrible customer service, guy was training staff and just ignored customers. Was not even apologetic about it, very unwelcoming.

They got our order wrong although I reiterated it to him 3 times, attitude wasn't great and food was cold.

The food here is consistently good, and I recommend it as a convenient option if you are at Fox Valley Park looking for a meal. My only concern is that the time presented on the app and in store for how long the food will take to make is often much shorter than the reality.

Two 7" pizzas were tasty but expensive. The chips were cold and the ice cream was pricey too. £33+ for supper was excessive. I think Indian next time!
The telephone ordering experience was frustrating as the operator's accent made speech foggy.

Waited ages for food, it was nice when we got it no one else in while we were there. Wouldn't use that 1 again. Incidentally it was the 1st time I have ever been in a dominoes.
