Small coffee shop located upstairs in Sandersons Store. Clean and tidy, decent Costa coffee, what you would expect,good selection of snacks. Toilets are to the rear of the store on the same floor.

Great place .Food treats are all full of sugar.Doesnt help with diabetes. Should be yogurts and fruit maybe.

Within the Fox Valley Shopping area. Ample free parking for 3 hrs or you can pay if you want to stay longer. Not a great selection of food on the day and time we visited. It can get a little cramped when busy as tables and chairs are quite close near the entrance. Not the best cafe to visit but if you need a break from your journey it's OK.

Yesterday we visited Costa at Fox Valley, I hope the company really appreciates just how good the staff there are. Georgia and Ben were amazing ! They were not only very professional but also very kind, pleasant and friendly, especially to our 2 Labradors. Georgia brought out 2 bowls of water without being asked and offered the dogs a pup cup which they loved ! . I am very pleased to learn that Costa now allows dogs in the cafe, my friend and I often call for a drink after an early morning walk in the summer but now we will be able to call in the colder months as well. As you walk in the friendly, happy atmosphere greets you and a welcome smile from Georgia and Ben really do make you feel happy and relaxed and ready to enjoy good food and drink whilst taking a breather from the busy day that stretches out in front of you. We have never had a complaint about the quality of the food and drink at Costa but not all the staff we have come across over the years have made us feel so welcome. I hope the company appreciate Georgia and Ben as they really could teach a lot of people about providing a first class customer service, they were excellent in every way. ?Thank you Georgia and Ben ?

Not being from the local area, this was our first visit to Fox Valley. We started off at the other Costa above Sandersons but there wee no seats available. The lady at the counter advised us to try the main shop at the other end of the car park. There was a bit of a queue when we went in, but they quickly cleared it. Drinks were made as requested and food was fine. Staff polite and friendly despite being busy. Toilets were clean and tidy.
