I was hoping my usual trip to fox valley card factory would be my usual , smiles and great customer service but to my suprise when I went in the other day I was deeply unimpressed. I heard a member of staff , not knowing her name , talking very badly about another member of staff. She was using not so nice phrases and laughing about her to what I can only assume being ill. I think this is highly inappropriate language to be using on a shop floor not only in general but also about another member of staff. Safe to say even if it is for a cheap card I will not be returning as I think speaking badly about co workers u see on a regular is very sly and something the company should follow up on.

I have used Card factory for many years but as of today I will never use it again. I was in the Fox valley outlet when I was pounced upon asking if I needed assistance. I'm sure I don't look frail or infirm. I was discussing with my husband how old our granddaughter was and whether or not to get her a number on her card. We didn't need to be pounced upon and as the people in the shop don't know my granddaughter they couldn't have been much help. I like to shop in peace. Leave me alone when shopping if I need help I will ask. NOT good customer service to pounce on people minding there own business. As I said I will never use Card Factory again

Same everywhere. My wife uses them all the time. I dread being there when she's choosing cards. Not my favourite pass time
