I was hoping my usual trip to fox valley card factory would be my usual , smiles and great customer service but to my suprise when I went in the other day I was deeply unimpressed. I have used Card factory for many years but as of today I will never use it again. I was in the Fox valley outlet when I was pounced upon asking if I needed assistance. I'm sure I don't look frail or infirm. I was discussing with my husband how old our granddaughter was and whether or not to get her a number on her card.... read full comment

Same everywhere. My wife uses them all the time. I dread being there when she's choosing cards. Not my favourite pass time
