ALDI FOX VALLEY STOCKSBRIDGE -Check your receipts carefully. Got charged twice yesterday. They had an issue with card machines and said we could try pay but might not work. It did work but took 2 payments out for one transaction. Customer service said to go-to store for refund. After 3 different people passing me onto someone else the manager Jan came out said they can't issue refunds head office does. Just said it wasn't her fault it was Aldi's policy. (Like I'm going to rush to give my bank details out over the phone to india) Good job I wasn't depending on the money. Really put me off going. Waiting for Unfundo from customer services to ring me back. Bank says it's 7 days before they can step in. To clarify the transactions are not pending it has left my account. Asda, Tesco , Sainsburys would not have dealt with it in this manner.

i bought diamond art earlier for my daughter and expected it to come with the diamond gems to stick onto the canvas but it didn?t. i?ve searched everywhere in my car, in her room, everywhere. there?s no gems anywhere and she?s really upset about it.

Absolutely appalled at how some staff in the store speak to customers, particularly those with a disability.
My husband, who is autistic never goes to the shop alone - had to go there as a necessity on what should have been a quick visit when going to use the self scan checkouts that kept beeping and alerting for help as something hadn't scanned correctly was met with a member of staff storming over to him, shouting at the top of her voice that he wasn't scanning things correctly and making him feel like an idiot and that if it had scanned it would show up on the screen wouldn't it and not be causing an issue. She wasn't being helpful in the slightest and assisting with the issue. This resulted in a very serious meltdown upon him coming home.
We shop at this Aldi store every single week and we will now be seeking an alternative store, I honestly don't know how this woman has a job in customer service.

Still good value, but prices are still going up. Lack of 30% or any offers these days, Lidl are much better with offers.
