Absolutely fantastic service! Each server was working so hard to make customers happy and the restaurant run smoothly. Despite it being busy they were so attentive. Food was gorgeous aswell.

dined at Zizi?s for a quick bite. Got the bolognese loaded fries and the favourites board,safe to say won?t be coming back. food lacked flavour, garloc bread was so oily and some of the food was undercooked. love italian but this disappointed us.

Having ordered the 6 layer lasagne...I was presented with a dish with 2 small pieces of pasta and a small amount of bolognese sauce. Having previously ordered this meal on several occasions in the city centre zizi I knew what to expect. This dish is advertised as a specialty. The food they gave me wasn't anything like what I'd previously had. I queried the dish with a staff member. I was told this was what the suppliers had sent on this particular day. He referred me to the manager who said exactly the same. At this point my wife's food had arrived. The manager told me to either order something else or we could leave. Feeling embarrassed we decided to leave.
The whole experience which was a special occasion proved solely disappointing and left me feeling like ill never eat at Zizi again. This happened on Friday 27th December.

Came out to eat, straight away the service was terrible. Waiting ages to order our food, when the food arrived the lady specifically blonde asked if we wanted cheese then proceeded to get cheese all over my clothes and in my drink. Was not happy at all as she was grating the cheese, she could see I was trying cover myself with my hands, did she stop, no. You?d think the waitress would know to get cheese on the food, it was absolutely everywhere. You can see in the picture specs of cheese in my partners drink, I wiped the side of my table but wish i didn?t so you could see the mess of it. The food was good, not amazing but waited ages to get some sauce for our garlic bread, it was cold by the time we got our sauce. Also asked for refill of water never seemed to get it, you?d ask something and the waiters would go do something else and forget. Overall, we was in there for 2hrs so disappointed bc we only got mains and dessert, complete waste of time, most of time spent was trying to get someone?s attention.

Always enjoy the food at Zizzis, top quality for the price. The staff always go the extra mile to make the dining experience enjoyable, this evening particularly Isha and Ruthika. However, you have an absolute star in Ruby, super efficient, she never misses a beat, she is literally on top of everything that needs doing, and makes everything look effortless. Her customer service skills are excellent, and she is truly a credit to your company.

Overpriced and tasteless , prawn linguine had no chilli in and sauce really watery . Be careful they automatically add a tip on to bill .

Visit here quite regularly but were disappointed this time. Ordered Chicken Milanese, chicken dry and overcooked, breadcrumb coating hard. Spoke to waiter who agreed. Offered a replacement, but as I hate waste I accepted it as long as it was brought to the managers, attention. Expected some discount, non given because I had eaten it. They would have preferred to give another full meal, costing more than a small discount. The waiter when I paid was full of apologies, not his fault. Poor customer service today which is unusual for them.
