Waiting 20 mins for help as shirts that were on sale for 25 pound were coming up at 29.99. Staff member finally came and just took the sale tag off and said they were 29.99. I presume he couldn?t be arsed to sort the issue out. Lazy customer service

What a race to the bottom. Nothing was right in this store. From display (jumble sale), changing rooms (queueing into chaos), pricing (made up apparently), payment (self serve very much didn?t work), to customer service (colleagues waited 10mins for a manager for basics).

Huge store and clothes selection at great prices. Sale was on so took advantage. Staff very profesh and helpful

Massive shop with a great selection of clothes, saw something I liked and had it in had but had to dash to meet family so left it where I was stood on a table. Went back a hour later and asked a lady who worked there to help me find it and she helped me around the shop to see if we could see them again and I found the shorts, great customer service. Shop was clean and well organised even on a busy Saturday

I have never entered a ZARA store before last Sunday as I always felt I was too big to wear their clothes. However, after a recent holiday the air hostess smelt amazing!!! Both myself and my daughter sat separately asked her what perfume she was wearing and she said it cost £12.99 from ZARA. I live in Skegness but was visiting Meadowhall so popped in not realising just how many different fragrances they stock.
Armed with the price only I had no chance of finding the scent but the young male sales assistant could not have been more helpful or patient with me. It was really busy but he didn't rush me, opened new boxes if a sample wasn't available and was on a mission to find the correct perfume. He then asked a female sales assistant who was just as helpful, honestly nothing was too much trouble. They were both fantastic, telling me which were the most popular fragrances, what they were dupes of etc.
I ended up becoming overwhelmed with scent and said I'd leave it, they weren't pushy at all and just said how sorry they were I'd been unsuccessful.
In the car I realised once the first scent I'd tried has settled it was that one, ZARA RED. I ended up ordering it online and having to pay postage but that was totally my fault.
Having lost a significant amount of weight and now being a size 12 I also liked the look of the clothes in there too and will make sure I visit again soon.

Urm, no idea where this is - I've been Google grabbed (& no location info); I'd guess it's at Meadowhall & is a ladies clothing shop - I don't buy clothes for my lady friends, am perfectly ok in knowing their sizes, but not yet on top of their fashion choices
