First time using Wilson Carpets and it won't be the last. Wanted to shop local instead of the big chains and the service in store was great from friendly knowledgeable staff. The carpet has been fitted today by two lovely fitters who were really fast and friendly

Ordered flooring and was told it would be one week for collection. Two weeks out was contacted and informed the delivery would be ready to collect only to be told the item was out of stock on the day of collection. Do not use . Very poor customer service

Was served by a very helpful young guy who helped me choose just the right laminate and vinyl which now looks great in my living room & conservatory, and the price was reasonable too. Very pleased with the quality & the customer service.

We are so happy with the new single bed we have bought from Wilsons for our Granddaughter. She absolutely loves it as it's so comfy. Lynne was extremely helpful and friendly when choosing a bed. She went out of her way to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Her knowledge is brilliant. We can't thank her enough.

If you use them, make sure you ring afterwards to make sure theyve booked you when they said they haveBooked a living room floor for our new house, the old one is unsanitary which is problematic since we have a v young child. We were booked with over a 6week waiting period (completely understandable at the time). We rearranged the whole house to empty the room ready for the fitter only to ring up & find out they never booked us when they said. Now we have to rearrange the house again, only to do it all again in 10days - and more admin work for me to request compensation "which we can't guarentee". Such an inconvenience to our daily life, I expected better from such an established company tbh
