Placed a bet on the grand nationals, went to check the outcome of the bet they said I had to wait till tomorrow for outcome. I go to a different William hill and I could hardly understand what the woman was saying at the counter and she started calling the manager which I thought was odd when past the language barrier found I didn't win I was triple checking the outcome when I left because I didn't really trust them I shouldn't have a vibe like that when betting
