meand my husband went in to have some paint mixed today the man who we asked to mix it had no idea what he was doing he was tall with a bold head and had glasses on my husband tried telling him how to do it my husband knows how to use the machine because thats what he did for 7 years when he worked for homebase but he wouldn't listen just rude so we went to the range you need to train your staff

Just been to wickes at Drakehouse. We wanted a certain trellis but couldn't see any even though website said there were 31 in stock. Asked an oldish bloke near the till who was tidying items in baskets if he had this certain trellis. 'If it's not out we haven't git it'. When we pointed out the website said they had 31 he said 'that means I'm going to have to look where the wood is' and didn't move! I replied with 'oh well, we won't be buying it from here then' and he sniggered as though I cracked a joke and carried on faffing with his baskets! He weren't a young kid with an attitude, he were an old fella, grey with a task who's clearly in the wrong job!

Went to look at kitchen?s in the Drake House Store, saw just what I wanted and approached the salesperson.
He was abrupt and rude telling me I would have to decide what I wanted (really) and that the planner would not just make up a plan and give it to me (I didn?t ask for that and would not expect that) then whilst turning his back on me told me to go and look round!!
I bought some other stuff and the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly.
I went to another company and sorted out my new kitchen - shame as the staff in this store have always been so good.

Came to buy a kitchen tap but was soon put off by the display covered in dust and most of taps with missing parts looks like a pile of scrap .How ever you think someone is going to purchase one is beyond believe.

Had some issues with a delivery, 90 percent of the material came damaged. They did return and re deliver goods but put the job on hold for a extra week . Was waiting for a partial refund but never come . Once I spoke to Joann she sorted it instantly, This is why I have given top marks just for the service of joann

What a shocking experience today shop was busy and the lady behind the till was getting frustrated (wasn't her fault ) she was calling for help for at least 15mins and no one was answering she had 3 customers plus me waiting on click and collect we was then told our item wasn't in stock nobody informed us the other lady's stuff wasn't ready one customer had spilt paint think the lady on counter was ready for walking out I felt sorry for her absolutely disgraceful how she was left to try and deal with it all not a pleasant experience at all.
