Got to the store 2 minutes before closing time, and the automatic doors were already shut. Are you that oversaturated with business that you can afford to do that, or have management just stopped bothering? I was going to make a purchase here, but now I'll not bother. Clearly, it's a case of the latter, and you don't have any respect for your listed opening hours or your customers, for that matter.

Popped in to pick-up a calender and a older member of staff long brown hair saw my bridge piercing and said in the most judgemental tone I've ever heard "what is that on your face" I left without buying anything

Friday afternoon and very few people in the shop. I asked security man if he knew where the item I wanted was. Gruff response "I'm just security here." At last found a member of staff who informed me item was in stockroom but she couldn't get it for me because she was alone on that floor. I asked if staff upstairs could help. No because that staff was alone also. If I waited 15 minutes then staff on break could help me. I left dissatisfied and told her so.

So angry I have been to several WHS smith over a week trying to ship DHL rang up before hand traveling from over a hour away I have a plane to catch tomorrow urgently needing this sending staff assured me eveything was okay only to get there and say DHL is down and there?s nothing they cannot do Thankyou for wasting my time and not providing any solution.

Quick call in to pick up a mag at 5.15pm and felt completely intimidated by staff who told me twice that they were closing at 5.30. I thought it was a bit odd on entering because a member of staff seemed to be trying to block the door. They hovered around me whilst getting my card out to pay at self serve and offered to help with the machine but I sussed that they were actually worried that I was being too slow. I carried on at my own pace and was out of the store by 5.25. No wonder it's never busy here, it was very unwelcoming.

This is considered the most advanced stationery in this area.
There are also book sales, but they are limited.
Various materials are very suitable, especially for those who deal with painting. Other than that, the materials are a bit expensive. But stationery is generally considered cheap - compared to the stationery stores around.
It has been closed for two days for an unknown reason.

The shop was a complete tip, as if a giant hand had sprung from the Sheffield sky and shaken it at length. I?d never seen such untidy magazine racks. Customers queued in the unstaffed checking area waiting for assistance but we?re forced to leave as none came. A ghost ship. Shambolic.

It's ok, but they could have more in stock like they do online. It's like I have been wanting to buy some Berol felt tips for my colouring, as I really like to colour. They don't sell the Berol felt tips like they uses too which I find appalling. They really need to improve more on their stocks.

I went to pick up ordered books before 5pm and the store was already closed. The books were also meant to be available the next day but that was not the case.

Nice selection of books but the building design is weird. Upper floor creaks when walking on it.
