The big lady behind the counter refused to sell me co codamol soluble. And any other product's includinghay-fevertablets. This place is a joke. 1* is being generous. This is the first time and last time I will use this shop. DISGUSTING MANNER

My daughter visiting Sheffield over New Year ran out of her medication and had to use the 111 online service to request an emergency prescription. The pharmacy refused to give her the medication causing much distress. They did arrange for a Dr to ring via this service which took 10 hours. In the meantime my daughter rang the online service again and was able to pick up her regular medication from another local pharmacy.
She said the shop appeared chaotic.

Pharmacy didn't open at the time it was meant to be open. I was stood outside with other members of staff waiting to go in. Didn't open until 38 minutes past, and even when they did open, all they were doing was gossiping about another member of staff who was not present about piercings she has in intimate places. It's absolutely rude and within ear shot of a customer!!! Feel sorry for the lady being gossiped about!!After a mess about they couldn't even help me anyways, glad my gp hasn't honoured my request to change to this pharmacy (only reason is due to the times it opens being more convenient (if they actually opened on time!)) went back to my previous pharmacy despite it being further away from home and was dealt with professionally, can't say the same for this place.Not even an apology for opening late may I add.

No one answering phone lines. Pharmacist does not have any jurisdiction over other members of staff. Staff run rogue being rude to members of the public. Was spoken so badly too by a person called Rahim. Asked pharmacist to put my repeats onto spine so I can get them at another pharmacy, so never have to go in again. A week later this has not been done. Appalling. Spent 40 minutes and still not sorted .

Prescription sent to pharmacy in error as it?s sometimes not in stock. I?ve been phoning for the last 4 hours to find out if the prescription is available but no one is answering. No point making the trip to collect it if they don?t have it! Looks like it?s been a problem for a lot of people.

I have been going here for years and the decline has been a sudden one. Yesterday I had to go to see if my prescription was ready (the phone is never answered) and was told ?it?s not been ordered?. After a very confusing conversation with a surly and uninterested woman, it seems that you now have to order repeat prescriptions yourself through the nhs app. I could do this but what about the many older customers! I was never informed about this change and to then be treated like it was my fault was the final straw for me, if I could give zero I would.

Would give zero stars if I could? prescription issued on a Friday, told would be in stock Monday & I?d get a text? no text was sent? spent all Tuesday morning trying to phone? no one answered. Disgusting service? I?ll be going elsewhere from now on and suggest others do the same!

This chemist had a really good team of experienced staff.... until it seems they all left at the same time & the new staff are really struggling. Avoid this chemist if you can
