Since it's changed hands the service has deteriorated drastically....3 monthly prescriptions sent and 2 of them they don't have an item in stock so I've had to go elsewhere....not good enough so won't be using them in the future...

The service they provide is fantastic. Medication is ready quickly and they text to say it's ready to collect.

Can?t fault them at all. My prescriptions were done the same day my GP sent them through. They also send text messages to let you know that your medication is ready to collect! ?

Since this pharmacy has been taken over , it has gone to pot ...not only do they not answer the phone it takes them days to prepare a prescription.

The Spanish sounding lady has a poor attitude and poor command over the English language, fragmented English with a terrible vocabulary is a perfect recipe for a communication break down, really hard to cut a middle ground with her, stay away!

Arrived at this chemist at 2 mins to 6. Apologised for walking in just before closing time. Assistant basically told me that my prescription wouldn't be there. I asked if she could check anyway as my partner needs the medication urgently. The pharmacist began shaking her head as if I was out of order for asking, how bloody ignorant! It wasn't even 6 yet! The assistant said she "checked" and said the prescription had not been received. Wasting a journey when we had told the medication was there. There is no way a customer should be made to feel as though they are a problem - and especially not in normal working hours. Disgraceful service, avoid if possible and go to a chemist which values your custom, even at two minutes to closing time.

Used this place many times. The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and always offer advice.If you are waiting for a prescription to be filled out and they are busy they always let you know so you can sit and wait in one of the chairs or have a look around the local shops.The premises have a wheelchair accessible entrance and there are several parking bays right outside.

This chemist shop is clean and well stocked, the staff are polite but lack information on some items of medical care products which they sell to the public.
