An extremely helpful member of staff helped out me and my friend decided which books to purchase on Tuesday afternoon, and after a great discussion on Night Vale and Lovecraftian horror, we walked out with 3 new books. I wish I'd got the gentleman's name, but he's the nicest member of Waterstones staff I've ever met!
