The working class chip on my shoulder wanted me to hate Waitrose cafe but how can anyone? The sausage sarnie was great, the ladies in the cafe were great, they even refunded my drink as they don't do takeaway drinks which was great.
Yes, the butty was £4.95 but the ladies in the cafe made a seriously crappy morning significantly better.
I may well go back when I feel fancy. A mini spa break if you will for gentlemen of a certain socio economic background but who enjoy a little lift.

Went in this morning, busiest day of the year, and the staff couldn?t have been more helpful. Not familiar with the layout, I asked three different staff where stuff was located, and all three took me to the products. They were super busy, but were happy to help every customer. Fantastic service.
