Got a Pork Belly Ramen and a Spicy Mary.
The staff is kind and friendly, however, the spicy Mary was nowhere close to a legit cocktail, especially for 9 pounds, I expected a decently balanced spicy version of a Bloody Mary, but that was not the case, too bad considering the fact that in Japan they would not normally serve it, so if you propose it, just make sure you do it right, it was invented by Americans.
The Ramen broth was below average, could consider it ok if I was paying 5/6£ for it, not 17£. The noodles where absolutely awful, 3 to 5 minutes over cooked and sticking in ?blocks?. For Ramen?s sake, could you at least shake the noodles a little while boiling them? Basic Japanese cooking 101, which no one of the non Japanese chefs I saw, probably understood, despite the training of a Franchising that with what, 20 dishes? Should at least get that right.
7 years in Japan and the worst Ramen I had was never even close to this level of ?glue like noodles?. Will never go back. Lacking basic decency.

Excellent food that arrived promptly. However, wait staff took an eternity to let me pay my bill with a gift card. It's a quick in and out if you use their app, but if you need to pay through other means, expect a miserable wait.

I ordered from here on deliveroo and disappointed cannot do it justice. Normally when I get deliveroo from any other wagamama I never have any issues with quality. However, I ordered from the Sheffield branch for the first time this evening. I ordered a grilled chicken ramen with rice noodles instead of regular as i am gluten free and as soon as i opened the bowl i was upset. firstly, the portion size in comparison to the bowl size was lacklustre. there was maybe two chunks of chicken in there (not even sliced) and the bamboo wasn?t cooked or warm. the broth tasted really off and i couldn?t even resurrect it with chilli oil. I was excited to have a meal I have had at any other branch fine but now just feel horrendously unwell

After having frequented Wagamama regally for many years, between 2-4 times a month all over the country, as it's a favourite with my kids. It is a regret that one member of this organisation has put a dampner on our experience, as she asked my family and I to leave as she refused to serve us, because I told her that "she was the most unaccommodating member of staff that I have ever encountered working at Wagamama", hands down.
Until today everywhere I have been: London, Liverpool, Manchester, Stoke, and so many others, the service have always bent over backwards to accommodate our varying tastes, the main reason I have always returned. However after today's experience, I will never return to this establishment as long as she (Tiana) is working there. I will be taking up the incident with the General Manager in the morning, Pity. But we did discover PHO across the square, which my kids thought was better all round. Thanks Tiana.

We ordered a takeaway as we have done many times before but this time was a nightmare. We ordered at 20 past 8 and the food took 2 whole hours to arrive and the customer service was nothing short of rude. We called to check on our order an hour and a half later, to be told that the food needed to be remade as they had just presumed we didn?t want it? Then, as we commented on the fact that they hadn?t thought to let us know or chase up the food, ?Billy? (apparently the manager on shift) replied by telling us that he could either stay on the phone or go and cook the food but couldn?t do both. First of all, he definitely wasn?t the chef cooking the food and second of all, as a manager of a restaurant myself, I cannot believe the rude and condescending attitude that he has with his customers. We definitely won?t be ordering from here again and Billy needs some training on customer service.

I tried katsu on promo yesterday in the cinema, and it was so good I decided to order.
For starters, the prices are not high at all. All food came hot, fresh, and beautifully packed.
The portions were big.
The taste was amazing!
I'm converted 100%!
From questionable quality of the meet from tasteless chinese takeaways.

Millie who served us was very kind and offered great advice on our meals. There was another Man on bar I want to shoutout as he was a great chat. All the food was great and the chefs even remade some gyozas as they thought they were burnt (still mega tasty) thanks for the great meal and positive experience
