Seems badly managed when busy. Could see empty tables but had to wait to be seated. Then we had to wait again over 20 minutes for our order to be taken for food and drinks. Food took 40 minutes drinks took 15 minutes. Food was good but the experience was bad

I had the pleasure of visiting this branch yesterday evening. I was greeted nicely at the door by a gentleman, taken to a table swiftly by another, then had the pleasure of incredible service at the hands of Keira. She was funny, engaging, gave great recommendations and just a joy to be around. Genuine asset to the team, wishing her all the best!

Good vegan options but the labelling needs to be clearer or maybe produce a separate vegan printed menu? Not everyone can see/differentiate colours especially when tiny on a huge & pretty overwhelming menu. We were grateful for our patient server Liv and she explained it all too me and answered my questions it was busy bit the food was tasty!
They did forget about my friends juice though and we did ask about half way through and they said it was in the queue they were busy but it didn?t turn up ? so we mentioned it when paying and they did make it and gave it to us in 2 little plastic bottles and took it off the bill to apologise so we got the juice in the end hurrah ??

Went for lunch with a friend and was served by Liv. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and went above and beyond to answer our questions and help with recommendations. She couldn?t have done more. Excellent service and the food was fantastic

The staff were polite and attentive, that's the only positive.
The food was ok, nothing special. The Pad Thai was too salty and quite bland. Dumplings were overcooked and the meat inside totally dry. It was like rubber meat wrapped in dry stale pastry. £8 for that rubbish.
The environment was really awful. It was dirty and very cramped. The tables were greasy and there was coke on the table when we arrived. The menus were gross and greasy. We arrived hemmed in between people on either side. There was no space to hang coats or bags. People were putting their bags on the floor against the wall which is not just a hazard, but also the floor was dirty. We ended up putting our coats and bags on our lap. It was very uncomfortable to eat.
We were near the back of the restaurant and it was very hot and stuffy. In winter time, crammed in with lots of people, dirty and stuffy - perfect recipe to come away with someone else's cold, flu, COVID or norovirus.
Prices were over the top for what it was. Portions are small. £48 and we were still hungry.
We'll never go back and it's put us off ever wanting to go to another Wagama.
Terrible.

I don?t know what possessed me to go out for lunch with two toddlers? sometimes you just need noodles? and it was lovely! We were taken care of so well by the wonderful staff, handing out crayons and kids? chopsticks and chasing me down outside the restaurant to return a forgotten sippy cup. Thank you!

Don?t go. Go to Mr Miyagis. Took 40 mins for a Beef Donburi, everyone else had already finished by the time my food arrived. The fact it was taken off the bill wasn?t much of a constellation. The server has rude, eating when asking us if we were done, making snarky remarks when taking our drink order, complaining we were talking at her all at once when we weren?t? Rolled her eyes when we asked to swap one of the orders that she had misheard previous. It was overpriced. Atleast the food was okay.

Cloe are waitress was excellent keep asking if everything was ok and was really lovely I also saw her wiping sides down all the time and seeeping the floor excellent worker please pass this on
