Not the cinema itselfs fault but the automated system to check gift cards, it has a 2 minute dialogue before you can ask about the concern you have to address then when it tries to help it repeats the things you have typed out incorrectly, to then redo it you have to repeat the 2 minute speel again. Very frustrating.

Seats are comfortable and staff are always friendly and helpful. Plus there's always a large range of slushie flavours (well more 3-4 flavours but that's more than most cinemas). The floor in the toilets seem to usually have some kind of rubbish on the floor but this is more the people that visit and less the staff ? as you need to take into consideration that they cannot be in the toilets 24/7.

If you are tall, this cinema is NOT for you. Even if you are short, it is a struggle to find comfort in the seats. The seats have next to no spacing and so your knees get constantly bashed. Because of this a lot of people on your row are practically sat on your chair because they have no choice but to angle themselves. Other cinemas are expensive but I would rather pay more money for a great experience than be uncomfortable throughout

Comfy chairs but when we first went into the screen the venue was filthy.Thankfully the staff returned and asked people to vacate while they cleaned it before the film started.I realise mess like this is not the staff's fault and rather the people that went before us but I'm not sure if it's it's location that makes it more likely to attract visitors who won't pick up after themselves but it was loppy.I don't think I've ever been to watch a film with so much disruption, people eating noisily, rustling packing and chewing loudly. Leaning really far back to remove leg space.We sat in the VIP seats at the back - but it would appear so did everyone else - I would sit in the regular seats in future as they had no one in them and I imagine will be much better.Price is by far the cheapest cinema ticket I've paid in a long time though.

Seats comfy if a little worn. Great friendly staff, some noisy kids, and people talking throughout the picture behind us, but overall, a good experience. Tickets and seats good value for money.

The ladies toilets were disgusting. They smelled of strong stale urine. The surfaces had ground in filth on them. Three ladies that were not together went in at the same time. One came out gagging and was unable to use the loo before the film. I was desperate and tried not to breathe through my nose but my eyes were watering trying not to gag. The other lady gagged all the way through and had to run out.We all agreed that they smelled so strong that a dirty urine soaked mop must be flicked round both the floor and surfaces every now and again.What happened to hygiene?Then we went to our seats. The theatre smelled dirty. The floor was covered in litter and foodThe VIP seats we sat in had caked on food and drink on them.The back of the seat in front of us had white crusty liquid stains splashed on it. Hopefully milk but we came out feeling very grubby to say the least.Good customer service from the server and he made us a nice coffee. We enjoyed the Barbie film.We wouldn't go to this cinema again.

Disappointing experience. Paid for VIP seats at screen 11 but the seats were awful. They were rather tatty and there was no legroom. The seats reclined, so I was constantly getting my knees bashed by the seat in front and having to sit in an uncomfortable position while also getting kicked in the back.When someone in the middle of the aisle wanted to get out during the film we had to stand up and move to let them in and out there was so little room.There was also a bright light above our seats that never went off during the whole film and it was very off putting.We were late being let into the screen because of cleaning still ongoing.On the whole, not worth the price.Should maybe try value or super value tickets and see what those seats are like.

We found that the price was great for seeing the film, but the price for a standard size drink was really expensive, and the queues to get a drink were just too long, we waited about 15 minutes to get served.The staff didn't have any rush in them. They just walked slowly and didn't really have any pride in the jobs they were doing.The place was clean and tidy.I think next time we go we will be buying our food and drink from elsewhere before going in.£3.99 for a standard size coke is just a rip-off.

Really enjoyed my trip here recently. The prices were affordable and the structure of pricing is so kind to a wide range of people (I got a saver ticket and the seating was great). The seats slightly give backwards, so it's comfy and you have leg room. The seats look on the setting mao like they are offset to one side of the cinema, but inside you don't feel it, they all feel 'central' and you get a great view as the screens are all encompassing and huge! Snack and treats for sale weren't too badly priced either and there's a real genuine effort to be inclusive and support those with disabilities and needs. Well done Vue!

Saw a film there 2 nights ago. We were in screen 2.Very disappointed in the experience. Paid for premium seats and can honestly say there?s absolutely no leg room especially if someone is in the other premium seat in front of you as they recline slightly when sat in. Seats are also old and creak extremely loudly when you move.Toilets on that level were unhygienic and filthy, toilet seats stained and the walls clearly not properly cleaned in a long time.Ticket prices are good compared to other cinemas but the cinema itself needs a good refurb.

Excellent cinema will definitely be going back in the future. The screens are a good size and the seats are comfortable enough, maybe a little taxing during a long film.Would reccomend arriving early as ques for the drinks and snacks got a little long, but thats to be expected in a busy cinema.

The cinema is good, the music is qualitative, seats are comfy BUT when you are a little late and the lights are off YOU FEEL AWKWARD for not seeing your row and seat number. Perhaps glowing number can be on the floor or lights showing the number.

Wonderful place but the vending machines are cash only and I genuinely can't remember the last time I carried any. Though it is a nice option to have it would also be nice to have the option to be able to buy a drink without having to go to the counter which can get extremely busy.

Not a lot of space between seats and leg room, but it?s cheaper than most other cinemas so I guess that is to be expected. Considering the difference in price, the standard is still pretty good!

Excellent cinema, good film, good price.Only issue was the disgusting mess other cinema goers left behind. Felt sorry for the cleaning staff
