I want to write a negative review about the unqualifiedness of your employee Marika
while working with a client she talks about her personal life, also talks about her origin and relationships in her family. this information is not necessary at all and took a lot of time. your employees should clearly perform their work as intended and not allow themselves unnecessary personal questions to clients!

One of the worst experiences of customer service that I have ever had. Was scammed and lied to in order to get me into a contract. I will also add that none of the confirmation emails received, support the charges I am paying. Went into store for help and told to phone customer service then when I phoned customer service was told to go into store! Additionally, was told a manager would phone back and that never materialised. I have had no answers or support.
Completely unjust and unacceptable behaviour from vodafone. I wouldn?t recommend this provider to anybody.

My mum and i decided it was time for her to have an upgrade on her phone. Now if I'm honest my mum who's 80 years old doesn't like changing her phone but we decided it was time, so we entered Vodafone at Meadowhall. Now she is already with Vodafone so we went in and was greeted by Jammy, a chatty, friendly, young man, who made the whole experience enjoyable and easy to understand for my mum. I really can't explain how helpful and caring this young man is and I wish the world had more people in it like Jammy. He is a wonderful asset to Vodafone and he will definitely go far in his career.

Fobbed me off and didn?t really want to help. None of them knew what they were doing. Customer care told me to go in store and store told me to go to customer care. Completely wasted my time.

Very unhelpful and defensive staff, not good at customer service. Not professional can?t do rather than can do attitude. Peoples phone numbers and details written and left on paper on the tables and then trying to explain what data protection is as to why they can?t help. It really felt they just wanted an argument rather than to help. Horrid experience
