Me and my mum have been here today for the first time before our show at the Lyceum and will definetly be returning. The meal was to die for. The service was amazing from the most beautiful friendly bubbly waitress from Sicily with a great sense of humour. She made our experience THE BEST! The gorgeous chef came out and was so friendly and lovely. Highly recommend ? xx

Thanks to all who looked after us.
After an email in the morning for a chance booking the same day we managed to get a table for 8pm.
What lovely people and amazing food. Real fresh well made and tasty food that leaves you thinking why did you ever decide to put up with 3rd rate rubbish from the ding ping specialists around town.
There are restaurants and there are places that excel, the preparation, flavours, colours and aromas in the cuisine that the amazing chef puts together are just the best.
For 2 people, we had Sardianian wine, olives and focaccia for nibbles, amazing starters, the breadcrumbed eggs were just out of this world. Mains, dessert and a couple of drinks after all that it came to £211. The wine which was a good part of that was just as fantastic as the food. The value is just as amazing as the food, because it?s real home made, put together as you dine food and it shows as you eat and taste it.
The place was absolutely sold out and the atmosphere was lovely, there?s even a little area just off the main dining, that looked like a bar, but we had to get off as we had already made plans for later.
When we come to Sheffield I really now don?t want to eat anywhere else. I have no idea why it took me so long to find this place, but I wish I had found it ages ago.
Credit to you for doing what you are doing and long may you continue.
Even the street where it is makes it more fabulous.
Please make sure you try it as you won?t be disappointed.
Parking: Loads of parking around the area and an easy walk to the place from the old NCP just down the road near the crucible. It might be called something else now, but it?s just off the road opposite the crucible and was really handy when I used it last time.

We do not recommend this place to anyone due to the bad experience we had.
We came to have dinner, but we left after seeing how inadequate the menu was and how limited the vegetarian options were. Then, we went back for dessert after choosing another place for dinner. The waitress who took care of us when we first arrived seated us in an uncomfortable place by the bar. We ordered three different desserts. When we were halfway through the cheesecake, we moved the dessert, and saw a hair coming out from under the dessert. When we called the waiter and reported this situation. She said, "You have been eating for 3 hours, do you see right now?". Then she realised how rude was her own reaction and offered to bring a new dessert to make amends, but we did not accept. Then, she persisted us to bring cookies even though we said we didn't want it. But despite all this, the hairy dessert was reflected in the bill. After seeing this, we said that we wanted to pay for the cookies brought as a gift. Then they tried to remove the hairy dessert from the bill, but we ended up paying for everything by our will. Afterwards, we were falling in to the angry looks of the waiters. Desserts were good but still not recommended this place.

My favourite Italian restaurant outside of Italy! The food is exceptional and the staff are amazing - nothing is too much trouble. Good choice of gluten free options too! The desserts are delicious, the best tiramisu ?Dietary restrictions: Great options for Coeliacs ??

Excellent food, with an extensive wine selection and attentive staff.Possibly the best evening dining in the city centre and booking would likely be advised.Cannot recommend enough, after numerous dining experiences.

Fantastic food, which matched the upmarket atmosphere. The food and wine reminded us of our trip to Italy.One to visit if budget is less of a concern.
