The staff never answer the phone and rude staff.

Had to collect a prescription for someone tried to ring no answer.. what?s new on this front. Must be a legal requirement for a chemist to treat their phone line as a life line to some. When I arrived had to wait until the assistants had discussed across the pharmacy who had ate the most chocolate amongst other things .. really does the customer need to know this. Why do you always have to wait here without any acknowledgment you?re going to be dealt with sooner rather than later. No prescription there ( not actually their fault) picked up a part of a repeat prescription while I was there because usually it?s delivered but alot of the time it?s very late or not at all? Have used the shop counter before and these ladies are so on the ball maybe their staff trainer could give the pharmacy staff tips on how to treat customers.

Always ask you to come back 1.5 hours later and still never have what you need even when you give them 1-2 weeks with your prescription moved here for to be local couldn't have been a worse decision going back to my old pharmacy would rather travel

I called at this pharmacy whilst passing to see if myself and my husband could have our covid jabs. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We were sorted very quickly by very pleasant staff. Very impressed

Getting prescriptions is a nightmare. You phone up to see if it's arrived and the line is always engaged, I have phoned 82 times this morning ! I got through and they put the phone down straight away. I willnow go there , ask for my prescription, they will say come back in an hour. Useless.

Worst chemist ever 1 hour wait for proscription shop always empty I wonder why customer service shocking from some of staff especially one nosey know it all no wonder people not happy with waiting time and go for home delivery running into the ground

Never answer the phone, you need to call before they make your prescription up otherwise it's a big wait. Would be great if they actually answered the phone.

Friendly front counter staff. The rear pharmacy staff not so welcoming and appear overwhelmed. Phone never answered when I drop in.

Wish I could give place - stars it?s ridiculous. Never pick the phone up to tell them you?re coming to collect your prescription and when you get there it?s an hours wait. They don?t make prescriptions up until you get there even though they?ve had them a week
