I?ve consistently had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this branch. There are always too few staff members available, resulting in long wait times?even for the simplest tasks. It feels like customer needs are not a priority, and the lack of efficiency is frustrating. This level of service is far below what should be expected from a professional banking institution.

Long queues, one trainee staff member, behind counter,and another member of staff forcing customers to use machine and serve themselves, whilst she herself was walking around making small talk with ppl at busy rush hour!!poor staff behaviour & poor customer service. No parking outside but ppl park anyway!

Hello, the bank has limited parking in the street but there are more side streets to park. Most of the time you will find a space to use the ATM machine no problems. Just need a bit of clean. The building has automatically door for extra help if need and wide for wheel chairs or scooter. The bank had 3 service point and get a bit busy at times. The staff are help fully and sometime do push you to use on line banking. But the staff customer service is excellent. Hope you all have fun take your money or pay bills.

I went today to branch to fixed my issue with log in to my online banking. The staff help me to set up account. They give me instruction to home and explain how to done all at home. Finally I have acces to my account. Thank you so much for your help. I will deffinitly recommended this branch. ??????????
