Bunch of clowns will not give me a VAT invoice despite numerous requests. Their excuse was because it was a web order. FYI - any VAT registered company must legally issue a VAT invoice. I cannot reclaim over £200 because of your fake promises.

Ordered online, but incorrect item supplied, however they went over and above in correcting it. Mistakes happen, how you handle them is what matter, thanks again to Nick for sorting it all out.
