I'm a complete novice, never flown before. Shaun was very knowledgeable about the whole process and made it very easy. He wrote everything down, nothing was too much trouble. Very up to date information given regarding covid travel pass and guidelines. I would recommend them to any travellers. First class service

We've booked our last three holidays here, the last 2 due to the great service we received on our first visit. On all occasions the staff have been fantastically helpful, explaining the various options available and offering others that hadn't occurred to us- all prompted by the fact most of them seemed to have been to a good number of the destinations in their brochures and are speaking from experience! The service they've given during covid has been second to none- we've had a trip to Canada on ice since June 2020 and they were really good about offering a full refund if we wanted one (we chose to rebook for 2022 instead)). Will definitely book more with them in the future.

We went into Trailfinders after being to another travel agent shop in town in hopes of obtaining costings for travel and accommodation for a trip to Vegas. At the previous travel agent shop, my friend and I felt like we were being pushed to make a purchase and that the member of staff was not listening to what we were wanting.The experience we had at Trailfinders was 1000 times better - Suvira was incredibly accommodating, listened to what we wanted in regards to accommodation and, while we were only there to get prices, we ended up booking! We got an excellent deal on our flights and accommodation. The experience at Trailfinders was an excellent way to kick off our Vegas holiday!I will definitely be returning to Trailfinders to book other holiday that I have planned for the future and I recommend that others look to using Trailfinders as well.

We went to Trailfinders on Saturday to explore the possibility of a Vegas holiday this year. The shop is very nice and clean inside, drinks were offered, and the staff were very friendly.Having sat down with Suvira, we were shown a variety of options (room configurations, benefits of a suite, location and such) and she was very patient as we walked through each of them, providing helpful suggestions and information about Vegas in general.After talking us through the options and helping us come to the right decision for us, we booked the holiday, paid our deposit and we now have the ability to pay off the balance until 2 months before we fly which makes the payment process incredibly relaxed and flexible.Overall, I would definitely recommend Trailfinders, and in particular Suvira, to anybody looking to book a holiday.

Amazing service from Suvira. We went on what was suppose to be a fact finding mission about Vegas but ended up booking. That being said, in no way did we feel pressured into anything. I would definitely book again with Trailfinders and would recommend to anyone. Top class!
