Love toolstation.com but this branch needs work. Over the last few months our last 3 orders for collection have been incomplete, meaning a return trip to sort out. How is this allowed to happen since the orders are clearly shown on the pick list.
Yesterday one of our representatives was sent to collect 4 items, ordered Tuesday with one item a next day delivery. We received notification via email to say the order was ready but not explaining what exactly so wasnt expecting one item to be missing, I still dont know if it there or not as the system isnt being specific so have to go sort this out in branch which Im sure will be dealt with ok but why do I feel I cannot trust this branch to fulfil my orders?
