After being my go to shop for years. Just had to Return some cable and get accused of using/stealing wire from the spool in a full shop how embarrassing. I said you can measure it if you like. Won?t be returning.

Not disability friendly, my elderly father with a heart condition & Crohn's is a frequent customer, he asked to use their toilet, they refused.
He had to walk 1/2 a mile to The Range ? #ableist

I always go to Toolstation before anywhere else, always have what I need, and usually a great price.
Called in this morning, filled in the slip after finding what I needed in your catalogue, the price was listed as £6.99, but when I paid for it the cashier charged me £7.28.
I asked why it was more expensive than listed, was told quite blunty, "It happens all the time".
Sorry, but if your catalogues are out of date in your stores, then for the first time, I have to say, "What Shabby service this is!, and not good enough"
So missleading.
