Absolutely brilliant. I went into the store with an issue and walked out with 4 new contracts and the issue was resolved.
I've been to so many other 3 stores and I contacted Samsung for help; not a single one of them could fix the issue.
So, I headed to another 3 store, one more time, where I met a delightful and knowledgeable young lad named Yoosuf. They all called him the 'expert'. He was very patient and kind, he immediately reassured me that he could solve the problem and get better deals with 3 than any other network. I left a very content and happy man.
An asset to the company, definitely needs a raise ?

Nice shop, I recommend it, Sam and faz were so helpful. I was needing a hand and I?m not even a customer with Three. They were so wonderful and very welcoming. Absolutely wonderful people.

I took my disabled husband to your Meadowhall store yesterday and your customer advisor Hadeeqah found him the correct phone for what he needed.
Her customer service was excellent.
Also Sam , he transfered all the information from his old phone to his new one.
They both took their time to explain how the new phone works .

I had a probably with my mobile this morning so I took it into the 3 store in Meadowhall. I spoke to a nice young man called Haseeb. He was polite and extremely helpful, he was able to fix the problem in no time. Thank you

Worst customer service. Extremely rude staff (6 people) who preffered chatting among themselves instead of attending to their customers. A staff member greeted us, spent 2 minutes with us and than took his bag and off he went. We waited 15 minutes for some other staff member to atleast come and ask if the issue is resolved (there were 6 members chatting near the front counter) and completely ignoring the presence of any customer. When I went to talk to the guy on counter that if can assist in any way, he told me to call the help line. Help line told me that e sims will be issued by store. The man on counter was extremely Impolite and told me that I can leave his store of not satisfied. He was more inclined towards using ill language and giving attitude. They think that by speaking English in a certain accent will make them superior. Delusional bunch. Not recommended. Never going back there again.
I am so disappointed from 3.i been with them last 3 years I paid all my bills on time I never make late I have 5 contracts with them . yesterday was so disappointed with Kelly I just gone inside store explained my concern that my broadband no working and I lost my broadband boxes she was so rude.this type of people I don't know why companies hired them.companies should get rid of these types of worker.in future can't be with them .if u can't help some one but be nice to customers.

No good if you're a Pay As You Go customer. Adamant they couldn't help despite the online call centre telling me to visit the store to sort a replacement sim twice. Only thing they offered was an upsell to a contract which they could magically do...
