Hopeless - terrible customer service.
Password is unreadable tiny letters and symbols, used 5x magnification on my phone to see the charecters, label so small & poorly printed. Not been able to get any help
online help is useless and doesn?t cover my problem.
The 3 Mobile helpline (?number no longer in use? message). Tried contacting the shop in Sheffield Fargate by phone - disconnects automatically.
My Mifi hub is as useless as a brick!

Lorna in Fargate helped me with some accessibility and app settings on my phone i was unsure of. I am not a Three customer yet but i was helped and made to feel welcome, she even invited me back for future support. Probably one of the best customer experience interactions and i encourage anyone needing any support or advise to call in.

If you need help pop in. I was so scared as I had no family available and my phone had lost contacts, it took a little time but my contacts were restored and I have what I need from the helpful young lady Rafeeah I the Fargate Three store. Excellence service, would recommend going to store rather than online for the extra support. Thank you

I recently moved to Sheffield from another city and the place where I live has network issues.
I went to this store and was dealt by an Asian lady either Indian or Pakistani. She made me feel like I?m not welcomed there and my issues does not worth anything. She said no one has ever complained of network before with us I don?t know how?s that possible then I asked her if I can change my package she replied with an Attitude stating call the helpline. My fault I didn?t ask for her name else would have mentioned her name here.
I?m a paying customer and I felt like she should have dealt me as a customer but she was rude with bad attitude.
I still am having network issues. Tried helpline they are asking for a lot of information.
