I spent almost half an hour choosing this lantern, only to be told at the checkout by a male staff member that the size was different and the price wasn?t the one shown. The store is big but the products are placed in a very messy way, which makes it confusing for customers. It was a waste of time to find out the price was wrong only when paying. The staff member didn?t even seem apologetic, and the disorganized layout makes the shopping experience frustrating.

The staff on till was rude just been in shopping get to till at 7.47 for her to say card only now when shop doesn't shut till 8 not everyone carries their card when u have money in your purse to then walk out and be told she was talking about me and how grumpy I was thats not one way to talk about your customers
