Think twice about wasting money and expect shocking service.
I bought aftershave for a Xmas gift and when it was opened it smelt nothing like it should.
I contacted them and they advised how to return it and what would happen.
I returned the product and heard nothing. I chased this and was toldnthey did not have it.. royal mail had delived it several days earlier so they did..
I them had to chase this again to be told you can't gmhave a refund it has been opened and sprayed!! You don't say...?? I have now had to email again and explain the issue again this is infuriating and unprofessional.. Go to proper perfume shop and don't waste your money on goods that are not what they are supposed to be and shocking service.

Absolutely disgusting. Bought some perfume for £54, used a £50 e voucher and used Apple Pay for the remaining £4. The full £54 was taken and I have been advised on the chat that I will get the £50 back after 6 days!! WTAF!!! Why issue e vouchers if they don?t work at the point of purchase. I will never ever use the perfume shop again!!!

I would advise everyone not to buy perfume from this shop online, my elderly mum order two sets of perfume and only one was delivered no returns slip or delivery note in box to confirm what was delivered and customer service are rude and unhelpful ?. AVOID THIS SHOP go to the fragrance shop instead

Ordered and paid for 3 bottles. Received only two. Was pretty much told I was a liar when I contact customer service who, after many emails, told me they would send me a bottle ?as gesture of goodwill? ehhhh absolutely not. Your sending me the bottle yous DIDNT originally send that I have paid for. Nothing goodwill about it ! Shocking company to deal with ! Avoid at all costs unless your happy to boost their profits by paying for goods they don?t send you !

tried returning an item I bought for 101$ they said they would refund just over 60$.
wouldn't ever buy off here again. total rip off. I just hope the next person is wise enough to read all the reviews about this awful place before they buy anything that's already way over general retail price.
