I needed a backpack, I know north faces reputation on quality, thanks to all . So I bought a north face recon 30litre, what a great backpack highly pleased and highly recommended, check reviews, and grab one at north face meadow hall.

Visited the store yesterday, we were straight away greeted by Aaron who was very welcoming and kind to all customers. We spent a good 30 mins trying coats on which he went out of his way to check the back for more sizes more times than we can count. He took care of us and kept checking on us whilst tidying the shop floor, assisting other customers and keeping standards up to check. We decided to have a think on our items that we favoured and had some food and we came back as we were about to leave which we were welcomed yet again by Aaron who asked us how our food was and what we had bearing in mind this was 3 hours later since we had left the store, it was nice to be remembered and we felt valued as we weren?t yet paying customers! Yet again he went above and beyond to get us the sizes we wanted for I think was the next 40 mins, he must?ve gone in the back 40 times, no exaggeration!! he recommended sizes and clothes that he thought would fit/suit us, he gave us his honest opinions. I don?t usually write reviews but this was well deserved and he needs a lot of recognition!! He should definitely be considered to be training staff as everything he did was spot on and just what we needed and more. Thank you again Aaron, we will definitely come back again!

Great customer service all the store staff were smiling and I had a great welcome by one of the female staff. Shame other outdoor store in centre . No smiles no greet ?.

I visited the Meadowhall north face store for a coat on the 11th of March where I was met by the amazing staff there. They were SO accommodating, their customer service was amazing. The staff in, a woman and 2 men, were going above and beyond to help me find the right coat. I don?t normally write reviews, but their customer service needs applauding ?

Do not buy anything from here unless you?re absolutely sure you want it. Purchased something for my partner which was the wrong style, tried to return it at another North Face store and they advised I couldn?t as the Meadowhall north face is a franchise store. The only place I can return the item to is the Meadowhall north face direct. Nothing on the receipt to state this either. Really poor service considering north face have such a good reputation. Reluctant to purchase from them again considering they leave major details out like this.

Brought my hoodi from north face two days ago want to return it back manger turn around saying it be worn?Try it on if it fits or not had all label on had the receipt ?. Had few people in front she happily change the clothes n give they money back come to my turn speak to the head office manger of the north face shop she very bad for your business NORTH FACE ive shopped all my life with your guys ?. Never ever experienced this in my whole life WOWTop is BRAND NEW .. an that smile at the end cheeky smile excellent
